Cancellation Policy
At Lifestyle Revival, we strive to provide the best possible care and accommodate all our clients’ scheduling needs. To ensure we can serve everyone efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or if you fail to show up, a $65 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
- Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the fee at our discretion.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely care to all our clients.
